Just another visit to the monthly PLS charts I posted on the 19 Dec where the SP was 2.75.

In that post I targeted a FIB target range of 3.15 - 3.25. Since then we have reached a new all time high of 2.98. So the target range is beginning to look not so distant. At this range I am expecting another profit taking pullback (no advancing stock just goes straight up, its a stair stepping process). These pullbacks are needed to shake out weaker holders to set up for the next advance.

Have a look at the monthly chart below and you will see one such pull back that happened from a peak in Sep 2021 at 2.53 to pull back to a low in Oct 2021 of 1.78. It looks huge. But that was just a 30% retracement of the the dramatic rise from 0.125 March 2020 to 2.53 in Sep 2021. Look at what happened afterwards. A rise from 1.78 to 2.98. SO far a higher high.

I will not be surprised if we continued to rise up to lets say 3.20 in Jan-Feb 2022 ( al though with a strong BMX auction 3.45 is not out of the question) to be followed by another profit taking pullback retracement.

I do not trade these retracements as you cannot account for game changing announcements and we have some that could drop. All it is that I am not frightened by these retracements and continue to hold and look for the next step.

With the changes occurring in the world, I thinks that PLS can be labelled as a disruptor stock. Just look at what we did with our neighbour takeover and the introduction of the BMX auction and what it did to the Lith market.

This is the way I deal with the markets so that I am not surprised by what plays out, as always DYOR.
