Yep, same, that's how I took JL's comments. POSCO in the very near future will commence building the 3 train of their 40kt hydroxide plant, and have guided to be ready by 2022, thus, probably commissioning late next year. Once that's squared off, they said they will immediately expand to 70kt, with a 30kt carbonate line, presumably fed by Sal de Vida.
