I am also pretty certain that the "Jadar effect" hasn't been priced in anywhere yet...that one is out of left field, so while there might be a pull back, it also means that people wanting to find the next PLS might be thinking a bird in the hand is better than two in the bush.
I suspect the Jadar effect will mean some with deep pockets might be finding a home in PLS for their spare folding gear wanting to be part of the whole 2050 net zero party, and perhaps some heightened interest from investment funds given that decision, many would have backed RIO in on that one.
The other point is...how desperate will RIO be to get a slice of the "electrification of everything", a lot of scenario's could yet play out that.
