These cars are part of a French company that started a car rental/sharing business that ran for over a decade and subsequently went out of business. Check out AutoLib on Wikipedia.
At their peak they had nearly 6000 vehicles (nowhere near 6000 cars shown in this picture). I think I remember you from the time AJM went bust, you need to try harder, or post where no one will check your bogus narrative.
