I should have been clearer. All of those excellent initiatives should be aggressively pursued and capex allocated accordingly.
I was trying to make the point that even with all of these initiatives there is only so much a business can do at once given all these things take time.... resource constraints FID's approvals etc and that there is still likely to be some spare cash in the interim that could be put to good use in the form of buyback. Absolutely not suggesting buyback as a priority over current initiatives and imminent growth or diversification opportunities
