We broke trend on the weekly RSI!
If a big brain TA person could pipe up share their thoughts, that would be awesome.
But here is what I think (IMO, DYOR, etc...):
- Historically trend breaks were followed by a pretty nice run up.
- A similar run would see us cleanly at the 1.618 fib level @$5.00.
- $5.00 ($15B MC) , arguably isn't even fair value when:
- currently selling at a rate of 500ktpa of SC6% @ ~$4000 USD/t,
- ramping up towards 680ktpa, and
- only a bees d**k away from setting a date for 1Mtpa capacity ramp up.
All other lithium "miners" that haven't dug anything up have future capacity priced in to their SP...
$5.00 is fair value for about 350-400tpa @$4,000 USD/t.
Its only a matter of time until the market realizes PLS will be at 1Mtpa SC6% before most of your other asx lithium miners are reliably producing 100ktpa.
Theres a lot of catching up to do, and I think the next catalyst might be some news in the upcoming presentation this Thursday
Cheers - Woly![]()
