IMO, PLS didn't fall as hard as other Lithium Miners since it's a producer. Hence why other stocks such as LKE and LTR have bounced back harder than PLS.
The reason I used the term 'overbought' is because of the daily price action. With reference to the below chart, i have circled regions within the RSI where buying momentum slows down ( approx 71-77 scale ). When the moving average is above 50, the stock is performing strong. However as it approaches 71-77 scale (super bullish), buyers tend to be exhausted. This is my own observation and happy to hear other's opinions.
Personally, I'm wary of parabolic rises. Look at Lake Resources as an example - it was the biggest hype train in the lithium sector, with traders manipulating the price action and blowing the market cap out of proportion.
Although we share the same opinion that the SP of PLS is undervalued, steady rises and small pullbacks are healthy and part of the game.
