Thanks mate - I'm always here lurking but prefer not to post too much when things are going green. My story is the same when we're down and when we're up because the fundamentals don't change. But you've inspired me to post something so thanks for the shout-out!

    Regarding the charts
    • Momentum has shifted (obviously) on the monthly timeframes. The RSI has crossed and I suspect we're in for a few very good months like back in late 2020.
    • We bounced nicely off the support trendline in June/July which is a very nice sign of strength!
    • Fib levels suggest ~$6.30 to ~$6.90 sort of targets in this next run - which is frustrating because fundamentally PLS is worth much more!
    • Things are looking really good - but we are looking overbought on daily and weekly timeframes so there might be some natural retracements.
    • Remember, retracements are gifts, they're amazing buying opportunities!
    • If you're playing the long game - PLS is an easy big winner

    Valuation & Fundamentals
    • Assuming (1) spod prices around US $5000/t, (2) 1USD = $1.45 AUD, (3) We continue to operate at a 580ktpa run rate, and (4) EBITDA to price ratio of 10:1..... PLS share price should be around the $11.50 mark
    • See below screenshot of SP estimations based off spod pricing and tpa run rate.
    • We take all this and apply it to p1000 which we will be at by Dec 24 (2yrs)... then our SP lives in the $20.00 range.
    • Then you price in POSCO which adds a very nice safety net of about +$2.00 to +$3.00 to the SP once fully operational at 30% ownership.
    • Who knows what happens with CALIX and the 400tpa that we don't have contracted to anyone at p1000. IF we use POSCO as a guide, that will add AT MINUMUM another +$2.00 to +$3.00 safety net to the SP.
    • I'm also expecting both some M&A action over the next few years which brings in more cash and more stability, and a resource increase in the existing tenements in the Pilbara region.
    • Dont forget 580ktpa @ US $5,000 = $2.9B and we already have ~$1B in the bank.
    • By 2024 there will be at least $5B - $6B in the bank and then were at 1Mtpa run rate (which is +$5B per annum assuming $5,000 spod price).
    • Even if spod goes back down to $2,000-$3,000/t (which it wont) - PLS is positioned to be an absolute cash cow (or "money for jam").

Brokers remain uninformed and ignorant despite the slight positive change of tune. Hold your shares tight and keep loading up when we have the natural ups and down. PLS is gold standard of hard rock lithium materials and will only continue to deliver value for shareholders.

Even though you get more quality info here than from the "experts" if you can filter out some of the BS - still DYOR and all that jazz.

    Cheers - Woly
