I just want to make a comment on the Cup & Handle formation that never really formed any sort of decent handle. I’m more inclined to think the cup is from the April high to the recent breakout level around the downtrend. Basically where your zone 3 line is. Projecting from the 197.5 low to the lip will give a target level around 5 ish.
No, it’s not a classic c and h but there can be many variations and this one just didn’t have a handle. Momentum in the sector just didn’t allow for that to play out.
I don’t get too hung up on patterns being classical. It’s a nice bowl and we are all eating a nice meal from it.
