Last week I posted a chart comparing the PLS and Frey chart. At the time I pointed out the remarkable correlation between the two companies and how Frey often set the leading trend with PLS following on.

Google Freyr shows this information.

Below is an update of the comparison chart notice the Frey peaked and began to fall, also notice that PLS has followed.

Also notice we seem to be heading to fill the upgap at 4.59 - 4.72 as I pointed out in the earlier post as a possibility when the PLS SP was 5.42.

Other thing to notice from the PLS daily chart. The MACD and Stoch's are negative, the RSI(5) has not yet reached the oversold level below 20 ( as it did in June this year).

Of importance the SP needs not to fall below the recent low of 4.33 for a couple of days, as a lower low would indicate a further drop.

Just the way I deal with the markets so that I am not surprised by what plays out. As always DYOR.
