Yes. It looks like that. Certainly there is a second bigger wave of them coming in around 11, but there is clearly stuff happening earlier, just less of it. Some of them may depend on lagged indicaters - eg EMA's that require 21 periods to have occured before they get target, etc. The neural networks would be running continuously though so those ones would be expected to be trading from the get go. They are a lot harder to out guess however as they are drawing data from everywhere including the news cycle, weather, and how many icecreams Mr McGoo bought this morning.

That double double cross at 11:00 - 11:35 was a bit confusing though. Gave a sell signal then a buy signal, almost too fast to respond. Now we have a hold signal right at the top of the US range and the impulse wave target. Very very tricky. We need it to pop up higher very soon or we will get another sell signal and the algo's will start dumping again.
