FMG, RIO and BHP all trade at a P/E between 5 and 6.
At 6 P/E, for PLS to reach $20, it needs to earn over $3 per share.. which equates to $9B profit. This is based on some very rough calculations in my mind..
When do you see PLS making $9b annual profit? Or are you calculating at a higher P/E?
