5 billion revenue (Sales), 60% become earnings (Sales - all costs), hence 3 billion which means 4.8 billion AUD, 3 billion shares on issue
EPS is 4.8/3 = 1.8
PE = 15/1.8 =8.3
would you invest in a mining company that trades at a 8.3 PE?
I love to see a share price of north of $15, not because of it is trading at a higher PE, but because it has the revenue to sustain its share price, which I do believe PLS has many opportunities to do so.
My post was to point out the misconceptions in that top liked post, rather then denying a possible share price of $15 per share
