With that much cash sitting around idle they pretty much need to do something. Either acquire, develop or pay out. Personally, I'd prefer to see them expand - vertically or horizontally, but I guess I understand how some might see that there are benefits to dividends as well. Still, I prefer a rising share price than a stable income generating one.
