If you buy and sell shares and make a profit then the tax man grabs takes their cut.
If it goes about I think its $18,200 then after that the tax man jumps in.
I love dividends with FMG which have the tax taken out and nice franking credits so
if I sell some shares and make a profit then franking gets the amount of tax needed to be paid down
and some times I get to pay no tax and get a refund from the ato.
PLS will be doing dividends come early 2023 which also means more franking credits.
