"Woke up to what looked to be a fairly crappy night in the US and am pleasantly surprised that everything turned out not too bad"
All three main USA indices up over 2.5%, whereas Friday Australia down 1%. That is Australia dropped 3.5% Friday compared with others. We are still at roughly the top just before the GFC, maybe a bit above, despite everyone saying our economy is going very well??? Is this simply because we allow blatant stock price manipulation to allow institutyion to profit from short-selling - and maybe a few other things??
