this generally happens when HF want a larger stake in a stock that fundamentally smashing expectations. it's all games to buy more at lower prices. GS did it few months back then MS. PLs printing money in a industry where demand is a lot stronger then supply. HF play these games and it's unfortunate retail investors lose there marbles in the process. strong buy imo. Short term target $6.50-$6.80 EOY. AIMO DYOR
