I wouldn’t say I’m in the bullish camp either but in regards to the ASX, I figure that mum & dad investors just want a return and cannot see that the divvies of many companies will reduce, disappear or be substantially impaired for years to come. Forced into equities by the low interest rates and low RE returns, they cannot see other options.
Preserving capital be it by gold, silver, crypto, whatever method tickles your fancy is essential. Cash is trash couldn’t be more true in the era of Modern Monetary Theory.
I’m just another pleb trying to survive this financial cesspool. The macro experts cannot agree so how are supposed to know.
