As we have already stated in our release to the ASX, this opinion piece includes a large number of factual errors, and GRG acknowledges that it stands to profit from any fall in our share price.Many people are concerned that short sellers can publish opinions about a company, even if they are incorrect, and profit from the market’s response. Long investors also publish their opinions and these are also sometimes incorrect. However, there is an important distinction:  research coverage by long investors typically involves analysts who spend significant time with the business and with its management to understand the critical minutiae for their due diligence. Conversely, research coverage by short investors is often published without this insight. Indeed, at no point has GRG attempted to have any interaction with members of Blue Sky’s Board or senior management.We will lodge our response with the ASX early next week. This will be a considered, accurate and transparent response that addresses the issues raised. In parallel, we will continue to focus on our core business: generating strong risk-adjusted returns for our investors.We anticipate that GRG will continue to sow seeds of doubt amongst our investors and shareholders. You will obviously need to form your own view as to the veracity of their claims, and we would encourage you to form this view based on facts, not opinions.We recognise that our shareholders, investors, partners and portfolio company teams will have questions about the opinion piece and, once we have provided our response to the ASX, we will be available to discuss your concerns.
