Quite simple, just have to ask yourself why, after many hours, days, weeks of due diligence and at considerable expense did Great Wall decide to partner up with PLS. It wasn't because they'd never heard of the other players in the game. And they are all good in their own right. But if you have the pick of the crop then why wouldn't you pick the best?
