I know many HC users refer to charts and in some cases they are very relevant and I use them myself if i'm trading the likes of S&P/ASX200 futs, majors such as ANZ/BHP, bond futs, AUD etc

But when it comes to anything at, or under the SME sector level in the resources sector, you might as well be looking at tea leaves from my experience as its all about fundamentals and valuation.

ie one positive drill release or funding annc can bury technical bears and their resistance theories, in the same way a regulatory knock back or transport bottleneck can make a mockery of any support lines or gap analysis.

IMO ATU at this stage is all about EV/ton in the ground, and understanding how management plans to tackle the path to feasibility and production.

EV of the entire company @ 90c fully diluted including access to cash through partly paids and options stands at $130.2 million

EV/ton in the ground based on 1.57 billion = 8.3c

You don't have to be a technically savvy chartist to make a calculated bet that some major global players might be calling ATU management over the past week or so given ATU's substantial resource upgrade ... possibly the largest deposit of its kind in the world at surface 250km from port by road.

Their product is highly sought after, is expensive to procure elsewhere, and is becoming harder to secure.

Ie World's largest exporter - Vietnam - has recently annced reduced anthracite exports to China...

ATU therefore remains very cheap amongst its peer group IMO, and is geographically located in an area displaying considerable transport, labour, and regulatory comparative advantages.
