Maybe I should rephrase it. Maybe management should come to China more often to find more potential buyers rather than doing a BOA with a director's mate. And they have spent several months just on 1 deal, and it somewhat fell through. It can only suggest several things, either that they are incompetent, or that the management is just using GLC deal to pretend they are doing something, but they are just waiting for some chinese companies to step in and launch a takeover
