I find these statements so misleading. Getting a Lithium mine from a green field with no proven reserves yet to operations by 2020 is blatantly misleading. The chinese are not in China were they have have their own labour they are in Africa. Tell me which substantial lithium mine any where in the world has been built in the time frame you set out ?
