Good post, I agree.
IMO the 2mtpa operation, and the cash flow generation that comes with it, can quite conservatively sustain a share price of $1. I see minimal risk to this valuation now.
Then we need to add on a cents per share valuation for the probable expansion to 5mtpa.
Of course, then what value to add considering the extremely positive sentiment for the lithium industry currently?
The next 3-4 months could certainly see that $1.20+ figure.
My initial price target for PLS was around the current share price, but that was based on the assumption of a 2mtpa operation. As the 5mtpa operation becomes more likely, the price target changes.
