W2, sorry about last night biting back. I get my information from management and other sources. What I was stating is that I hate giving out false information to the email group, but by repeating exactly what I was told by Ken, that is exactly what happened.
The aspect about only dealing with majors, then doing a deal with a company we only found out how small it was last week when they on their own market release stated that $17m was 30% of their assets, not even net assets, should be something that concerns all holders. I am not the only person that can pick up the phone and ask the hard questions.
I will certainly be asking some of these type of questions at the AGM. Why were they telling us we are dealing only with majors,when GLC who they claim to have been in discussions with for a long time are clearly a minnow.
They are not a subsidiary of Tinci, Tinci owns only 22% of their shares.
Even Tinci are only a $3.5B MC company. If we are really dealing with Tinci then say so.
I'm on the phone frequently, to try and get answers for shareholders, but the longer we have a low SP and do not have BOA's then the MORE vulnerable we are for a cheap T/O.
That is my prime concern. Getting the information out to the market ASAP is what would make a cheap T/O harder IMO.
It is also obvious that someone has been accumulating shares, this should be a huge worry to all, but appears not to be to management. Ken consistently states that he thinks we would be more vulnerable in 12-18 months time, not now, yet someone is accumulating right now.
