I refer you to my post 35294015 and hope that it clarifies your confusion.

It's all good reading the rules around a JORC, but when you compare the figure from the JORC (the calculated values of what is in the ground) to the concentrate product produced (which is a separate thing, after it has been processed out of the ground to increase the content of lithium) during the commissioning stage, then these are clearly 2 different things.

These 2 events have elements of being mutually exclusive, ie one is not equivalent to the other, even if one did technically come from within the other. The key word is 'within', not 'should be equal to'. The other key point is they are still commissioning plant and machinery and this concentrate quality to the relevant specifications will likely improve considerably.
