Is interesting no one responds with this piece of information! Is it unavailable?
I too am a holder and supporter of this great company with a (at least subjectively) less than minor stake who is legitimately concerned about this alleged non-compliance. While I continue to undertake my own research I’d hate to be negatively influenced about my position regarding this public company merely due to not being able to find the material openly said to exist. Is there any fine member of this forum who is able to shed some light on exactly what provisions of the JORC are said to be at issue (I for one can’t find any but the assertion has been made openly on this forum and remains at large and visible on this open forum).
