Truely appreciate the insight .. Resolution 3 does seem to be a sticking point. Clearly Any dilution of shares is unfavourable. Seems the counter argument for this scheme is it sets an incentive to achieve Kpis and it helps attract good management .. Imo a junior company should reward with alternative arrangements to avoid share dilution. Raw deal for shareholders capital growth ..
