Possibly, but the number of shares held by PLS in top 20 listing (4,792,332) if acquired at nominated value of $300,000 (in exchange for EL access less lithium rights and with trailing royalty payment) equates to an implied share value of $0.0626.
If I’m correct, then that suggests that PLS has not been adding to holding, just maintaining that original share interest at this stage.
Was there an escrow arrangement for those shares?
