If it opened now and you had offer of $1 you'd get them at 99.5 as You'd jump in front of those at 99.5
But it is very likely that it will change a lot before open - look for the last ten minutes (check asx opening times by stock code - from memory pls opens around 10:06 +_ 45 seconds
