PLS - lets not forget the recent Entitlement Offer 20/21

Taking a steady scroll through the course of sales for 29/01/2021 (today) ASX: PLS. It is interesting what can be observed, there is some significant single high value trades - for example 12.31PM there was a trade for 541,651 shares at $1.00 = $541,651.00 (easy math). There are many single high value trades ranging from $50,000.00 to several hundred thousand dollars.

Lets not forget the recent Institutional and Retail Entitlement Offer for $0.36 offered by PLS. IMHO a very enticing ability to take a profit - for both Institutional and Retail Investors.

Refer Form 603 information - HC Thread ....Ann: becoming a substantial holder 17/12/20. Australian Super picked up 159,722,221 shares on 11/12/20 at $0.36. During the week leading up to 11/12/20 Australian Super were paying $0.75 to $0.87 per share for PLS. Not suggesting Australian Super is selling, but an example of the healthy gap in the SP at the time of the Entitlement Offer. I recall there were a couple of significant Insto that increased holdings with the Entitlement Offer.

At the time I discussed the broad difference in the SP value with the entitlement offer for Retail Holders of PLS - it was obvious to us that once the entitlement was issued there would be profit taking by Institutional and Retail investors who invested in the entitlement offer.

IMHO I believe there is profit taking from the entitlement offer. This is impacting the SP more than market uncertainty or lack of news from the coy.
