Talking to the Study Manager at the recent shareholders meeting, I asked more or less the same questions as above and was told that all long lead items were being designed and constructed for a 4mpta plant and then the final production plant was being designed for a 2mpta (Train 1), so that additional capacity could be added by the use of an additional Train (ie 4mpta -Train 2), without affecting any production.
