it's taken PLS 3 years to get permitted and fully funded with another circa 8 months to production. Given that Pilgangoora is in a Tier 1 mining district with all the logistical support that comes with the territory then you'd expect they've done it as fast as it can be done. I agree with your continuing price tension analysis. No surprise that PLS is already advancing towards an upgrade to 5Mtpa.
