Thanks Pluckie very informative article, I too share your concerns, there will be many other battery alternatives in the future and some right now that could challenge Li.Batteries. If there were to be a contender to replace Lithium I would think it would be a step change and not immediate as a lot of R&D and industry acceptance would need to take place.
For the moment we are in the Battery World box seat and IMO have a bright future ahead of us.
