According to my Brother-in-law (who works in Petro/Gas/Energy Sectors, recently back from 2 years work in Korea, Hydrogen Fuel Cell is the preferred direction/policy atm for
the powers that be in Seoul. He also stated that the above stated membrane breakthrough, if successful will be a major game-changer as far as H2 usage is concerned.
