Staying within a range between 56-60c and on decreasing volume is a very good sign technically. The interpretation of what is happening is that the buyers are still prepared to pay higher than the prior low range, while the sellers that started at 60c are being exhausted.
Staying within this range for a few days is usually a good sign before going higher. In TA terms the word usually should always be used as nothing is ever 100% accurate.
