Yep! To me it's the weirdest part of the agreement. With SK's turn over of $110+billion, its a strange requirement have put into the term sheet. Why would they want financing from another source, they could get this thing of the ground with the change that falls out of their pocket. Anyway.... just my thoughts, time will tell.
