If you took 1 minute to look up Lincoln indicators you would realise they're experts at the opposite end of the market than spec stocks live.
Elio is their CEO, not their mining analyst and even if he was Lincoln prides itself on their modeling to determine financially strong companies, not picking spec stocks.
They will always default to the safe position, to suggest they would or should do otherwise is a waste of words.
His general comments on lithium on the other hand are useful for general market awareness and PLS getting a mention on the show is not unwanted exposure.
