You don't need a house deposit, make your money work for you and make it grow, buy a house with the proceeds by 2021 or 2019 if you're good and save yourself the pain of servicing a mortgage for the rest of your life. Just be sure to leave enough capital in the market to keep playing when you cash out and buy that house. You might retire by 2025 then. Loans are for losers at today's house prices, lifelong debt servicing is the only thing on offer
