Let me ask the question....if you were management and you knew someone was nibbling at your share register, you could achieve your primary purpose of shareholder value by reviewing your options. Having just built an asset, and looking for the next one that 'adds value' you convert part of the new asset to cash and fund the next revenue stream, downstream. This also has the effect of protecting the corporate vehicle...PLS the company.
PLS shorts are running at 8.9% as at 4 April, so I am thinking the corporate vehicle is still in play......this is going to be defining indeed.
