Should add that as the RCF 28.4m shares traded on the 21st a 45m shares traded day, that still leaves the 80m shares traded on the 22nd. I don’t believe those were all retail.
As others have posted, RCF and AJM note holders were likely in each other’s pockets on the deal well before PLS announced.
This is just guess work, but I’m thinking a deal was done to lend the note holders shares, some of those were sold on the Friday. RCF will have those shares returned by the note holders once they pick them up as per the deal with PLS.
No holders notices required for the lend or sale.
Im guessing Part of the deal was that RCF at least had first go at selling some shares prior. With a big close the note holders took the opportunity to sell some down the following day. Pumped it in the morning then bam.
