Are you able to post the name of the company from the last chart you posted.
I'll gladly spend some time doing some research to see what fundamentals were going on with them at the time which could possibly explain the drop in its SP.
One thing I'm confident of is they weren't selling their product/service at record prices with a large expansion just coming on line.
