In some respects this behaviour from GS is worse than a short attack. At least with short research reports, some actual attempt at analysis is carried out to justify a position. This is lazy reporting at best and imo criminal at worst - blatant manipulation - for what purpose? Clearly all the hypotheses around Li take-up run counter to their narrative.
Trouble is, outfits like GS are never censured for this sort of thing, while shareholders cash goes up in smoke!
