Certainly started off looking like a pump and dump, however there are now quite a few buyers in the queue there. Could actually hold above 9c. Technicals still looking like this should be the case.
Also, I don't think they extended the exclusivity to any specific date as you mentioned, however until such time as a mutual agreement is made.
