As much as I would like to see it happen, the reality is this is just another high level government I wish upon a star moment.
There may be an opportunity for some small scale boutique battery production for a specific product or products but this is up there with Bolivia wishing they can be the third side of the Lithium triangle.
Anyway it will keep some public servants employed while it’s the flavor of the month.
