On second thought considering comments from resourced and others perhaps the law suit now, just before the court case, is not such a good idea. If the court decision will calm the protesters than maybe it is not needed anymore.
But, IF Lynas was suing SMSL two months ago, we would have never had this court case and by now we could have had the TOL with less conditions. Perhaps, perhaps, perhaps.
