I dont think the PLS shorters have ever been worried. I think they have huge paired bets on such as 5 percent of IGO matched with a 5 percent short on PLS. Really its a bet on over enthusiasm on PLS vs a boring share to follow like IGO. So its all about rerail overenthusiasm for particular stocks vs others and completely neutral as far as lithium pricing is concerned. imho
