• The Company continues to consider both inorganic growth
opportunities (subject to appropriate risk-adjusted returns) and further
capital returns to shareholders
• Any capital management initiative would likely be in the form of a
share buy-back, special dividend or a combination of both
• Further update on capital management to be provided in the coming
months
