Nowhere near a prime takeover target - customers have blocking stakes making a TO difficult....that is why PLS is more shorted than other Lithium companies....less chance of a TO lobbing in and messing up your short setup.
Doesn't prevent a Chrisgina type blocking/spoiling stake being built...but MinRes already had one go a PLS and the board managed to unwind that entanglement.
