From memory though - Gina didn't get 20% and her buying drove the sp north of the takeover offer too.
Also LTR wasn't a $12billion MC either. What's PLS MC at say $4.50 - $15 billion?

They would need deep pockets because I seriously doubt $4.20 would even be considered. At $5 they would need almost $20 billion - if that was even enough to be considered by the board.....not sure this is feasible tbh
